High efficiency & low resistance

A new Mitsubishi coil is used for the stator coil. (9G)

Not only is the output higher than normal, but the high efficiency and low resistance contribute to improved engine power, response, and fuel efficiency.

The efficiency of the alternator translates directly into drive if the output remains the same. In the case of a generator (alternator), this "efficiency" is efficiency = output / input (workload), so in the case of a car alternator, it means that it can generate power more efficiently with less driving power. .

The output current is greatly increased compared to normal, and the low speed characteristics are also excellent, so stable output can be secured even at low speeds.

Also, by increasing the output of the alternator, when the same output is required, there is a large margin in output compared to normal. Since stable output is possible from a lower rotation speed, the engine can be operated stably, and as a result, it has a good effect on the engine feeling.

High efficiency and low resistance greatly reduce engine power loss

The new stator coil installed has the effect of reducing rotational resistance during power generation.

By reducing rotational resistance during power generation, the loss of engine power is reduced, leading to improved response and power, as well as improved fuel efficiency.

Improved cooling performance

A high-efficiency alternator has better cooling performance than a conventional alternator, so it can suppress the deterioration of alternator performance due to heat.

The alternator generates heat when it generates electricity, and is also affected by heat from the engine room, so it becomes extremely hot during operation.

Since the alternator will cause a drop in performance due to the heat load, by improving the cooling performance, it will be possible to generate power more stably than normal even in high temperature conditions.

Silicon grease improves conductivity

The heat sink of the rear case and rectifier has been enlarged, and the cooling performance has been greatly improved by improving the efficiency of the air flow by changing the shape.  

In the conventional model, the main body case and the electronic components were floating, but by making them in close contact, the case itself also acts as a heat sink.

Furthermore, by applying special silicone grease during assembly, the conductivity is further improved.
