4G63 Hypex 347 Stainless T4 T/S Turbo Manifold 

This T4 Twin scroll Hypex 347 Stainless Turbo Manifold is a precision-engineered exhaust solution for the Mitsubishi 4G63 platform, designed to accommodate large-frame turbochargers.

Constructed from high-grade 347 stainless steel, this manifold provides superior resistance to heat stress and fatigue cracking under high boost applications. All welds are TIG welded with full back purging, ensuring maximum penetration, strength, and a clean internal finish for uninterrupted exhaust gas flow.

The manifold geometry is designed to provide clearance for a large-diameter dump pipe. Seamless CNC transitions between the head flange, collector, and turbo flange minimize turbulence and promote efficient exhaust flow.

Originally developed and proven on the first Australian Evolution to break into the 8-second bracket on a street radial nearly a decade ago, this design has been refined for both reliability and performance in modern high-output 4G63 builds.
